Job Title: Phlebotomist - AugustaOpportunity Summary:
Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
Provide superior customer service to all patients.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience in phlebotomy, with a minimum of 1 year.
Venipuncture experience or any relevant experience
High Volume venipuncture
Must be willing to submit for a drug test and background check.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a fast-paced Patient Service Center (PSC) in Augusta, which includes 5 draw rooms and multiple daily draws. You will collaborate with other Phlebotomists and receive one week of on-the-job training. The work schedule is from 8am to 5pm.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
