Job DescriptionWork as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product or processes involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products and processes. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the projects from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the projects/products/processes on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. This role also involves significant leadership skills, such as influencing without authority, project management, problem management, and strategic thinking.Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Ten years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.Job Requirements:

BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in product management, technical program management, with a focus on healthcare IT and cloud-based technologies.

Demonstrated experience with Cerner systems and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

Knowledge of OHAI (Oracle Healthcare Applications & Infrastructure) framework and best practices.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.

Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and their implications for IT systems.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Career Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Drive end-to-end OHAI Cerner Problem Management process improvement, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migrations.

Implement industry-standard project management methodologies and best practices to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Monitor and control project scope, schedule, and budget, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.

Manage vendor relationships and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders, both internally and externally, and escalate issues as necessary.

Continuously assess and improve the migration process, incorporating lessons learned and industry best practices.

Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
