Provides direction and specialist knowledge in supply chain strategies for continuous cost improvement through partner negotiations. Conducts competitive analysis of networking hub suppliers, cost models, market analysis and supply chain alternatives. Leads cross line of business teams to drive competitive cost, supplier performance and supply chain efficiencies.Evaluates submitted proposals/quotes against Oracle standards. Manage networking hub suppliers that meet stakeholder requirements. Negotiates and executes supplier contractual agreements while sustaining product competitiveness. Track and provide supplier performance feedback to ensure Oracle standards are achieved. Creates and implements supply chain initiatives and improvements to drive efficiencies and best practices. Develops constructive stakeholder relationships which involve direct interaction with different Oracle lines of business and Oracle networking suppliers. Influences product selection with stakeholders based on continuity of supply, cost, and technology. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, negotiations, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Prefer 8+ years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.This will require excellent leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills. Learning agility and program management skills are critical for success in this role, as the successful candidate will be expected to manage moderate to high complexity supply chain optimization projects that many cases will involve collaboration with product management, finance, accounting, legal, trade compliance, engineering, and procurement team members. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
