Day to day work include fix water leak (in kitchen and bath), replace defective faucets, repair doors, replace broken window panes, replace light switches, repair well pump, fix clogged toilets, fix clogged drain pipes, repair soft floors, stop roof leak and finally get vacant houses ready for next tenant.
Experience in HVAC repair is an added advantage.
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in handyman work
Experience in a multifamily repair is an advantage
Valid driver’s license from SC
Must have a pick up truck
Candidates must pass background check.
