Strong communication skills with an ability to work in a technical environment while learning rapidly.
Ability to function very efficiently within an ERP system for order entry including follow-up and customer service before during and after the order.
Experience communicating over the phone as well as the use of email.
The ability to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks and deliver results with limited guidance.
Strong skills in the use of common software including Microsoft Suite require
Being able to understand mechanical terminology to identify correct parts needed for customers
Being comfortable working inside a manufacturing plant
