Experience the power of a game-changing career.We are looking for a data-driven Master Data Management (MDM) Product Manager to lead our MDM programs, ensuring the delivery of high-value, scalable solutions. You will establish measurements to showcase product value to senior leadership, collaborate with diverse teams, and lead the strategic direction of our MDM platform.Job Responsibilities:

Complex or cross-platform solutions for products of excellent complexity and scope, or family of products. This includes creating product vision and roadmap.

Identify target customer(s) for existing or future products, and designs and guide end-user product research.

Partner with business, internal/external partners and Leadership to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity

Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product improvement opportunities or cause of issues, and assess opportunity size and effect. May work with data scientists to answer complex questions or identify meaningful insights from data.

Use rapid hypothesis-driven testing methodologies and experiments (i.e. paper prototype, A/B testing) to inform direction, prioritize investment.

Conduct cost-benefit / Return on investment / NPV analysis, competitive product analysis, to support decision-making.

Work with partners and follow enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.

Anticipate industry trends, direction, innovation, analyze potential impacts or opportunities to customer / product, and incorporate analyses into product process.

Communicate, influences, and sells ideas at VP level and below. This includes delivering product presentations.

Guide specific ad hoc analysis and present information to executive level management on request.

Influence product feature set and positioning strategies to improve customer experience, and support growth.

Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Maintain current understanding of tech trends. Assess how trends affect the roadmap of the product.

Use customer insights for product vision, priorities.

Dedicate time to customers meeting with them to build deeper empathy and understand their priorities.

Develop an active VOC feed for themselves and team.

Look for opportunities to delight or meet customer’s unmet needs.

Evangelizes and advocates for the customer both internally (IC through C level) and externally, perpetuating.

Create an environment and culture where the team is immersed in.

Test ideas with customers to ensure that the product delivers the desired benefit.

Translate product/platform strategy by writing detailed features and user stories consumable for Dev teams for complex products with multiple transactions and touchpoints. This work may include creation of prototypes.

Manage product backlog and priorities with our business and technology partners. Backlog at this level typically serves 5 - 8 Agile / Scrum / Sprint teams, often with dependencies on other internal and external teams.

Scopes and ensures understanding on the prioritization of activities based on business and customer impact.

Collaborate with Architecture and Dev teams to ensure technical debt and long term technical investment is factored into roadmap.

Ensure existing production defects are factored into regular backlog prioritization for resolution based on priority.

Collaborate with partners and Dev / Execution teams to create and communicate anticipated release schedule.

Create dashboards and reports that track product health and success metrics.

Conduct Product Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) and Steering meetings.

Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples.

Collaborate with advertising and public relations to promote product.

Support sales, marketing, and other partner teams with the necessary product knowledge and additional documentation.

Help relate to the software development process, from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support.

Recognize and communicate technical challenges to partners and make educated trade-off decisions with the team.

Accountable for product quality and performance in production environment. Accountable for product team response in event of critical or high affecting defect, including communications to partners at all levels

Manage development of adoption tools and training materials.

Identify execution, operational, organizational issues that impede product success. Improve plan to change or resolve issues (within sphere of influence).

Relationship & People, Professional Development

Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with many teams, including sales, commercial accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, and finance. Work with outside partners and other third parties.

Develop positive working relationships with Customer groups or Customer Representatives.

Maintain by attending educational workshops; reviews professional publications; establish personal networks; participate in professional societies.

Develop adoption tools and training material.

Education:Bachelor's Degree (Required)Work Experience:7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an Agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. (Required)Skills:

Experience as a Product Manager in data-focused roles. (Required)

Familiarity with Master Data Management concepts and best practices. (Required)

Experience with Data Engineering principles. (Required)

Demonstrated experience defining and tracking Measurements. (Required)

Experience conducting user interviews with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. (Required)

Product Lifecycle Management Experience providing large business/technology programs. (Required)

Communication with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. (Required)

Agile Experience directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams. (Required)

SCRUM Experience directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams (Required)

Agile Project Management Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. (Required)

Technical Writing requirements elicitation, and writing skills for different audiences. (Required)

Business Analytics with demonstrated ability to identify and analyze product use data and use the data to guide decisions. (Required)

Hands-on experience with Informatica (MDM or Data Quality tools).

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

Experience working with billing systems and financial data.
