Join our team!Position OverviewThe Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the Chairman of the company. This position organizes the day-to-day tasks and activities of the Chairman and requires 24/7 availability. A successful candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who operates with a high degree of integrity and discretion, is able to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively, and is flexible, reliable, and resourceful.This hybrid position is based in our Buford, GA office.Duties & Responsibilities
Handle professional correspondence via telephone, email, video conferencing, etc.
Assist with coordination of building maintenance, shipments, supplies
Coordinate travel arrangements
Manage business/personal calendar
Assist with planning and coordinating large & small events
Prepare reports for assigned research, data collection
Professional preparation of reports, documents, presentations, and correspondence
Interface with executive office, management, legal representatives, medical offices, regulatory agencies, vendors, clients, and personal contacts
Personal bookkeeping and other basic accounting duties as needed
Other projects or duties as assigned
Requirements
3-5 years of Executive or Personal Assistant experience
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace Suite
Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and flexible
Ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and ask for clarification where needed
Ability to work carefully and with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Flexible schedule and comfort in handling last minute requests
Ability to work regular business hours and be on call as needed
Ability to travel up to 25%
