Key Accounts Specialist Last Updated Date: Jan 31, 2024 Location: Buford, GA, US, 30518 Company: Doosan Bobcat NA US Job InformationAs a Key Accounts Specialist, you are responsible for managing key accounts and maintaining a long term relationship with key customers and maximizing sales opportunities within them. You are also responsible for organizing and coordinating sales meetings and ensuring deadlines are adhered to.Role & ResponsibilityKey Accounts Management
Act as interface between the customer and all relevant departments, serving as the communication link between key customers and all internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Ensure that the correct products are delivered to customers on time. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders using key account metrics
Sales
Support Sales in Identifying and developing new business sales opportunities
Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into log lasting relationships
Liaise with Marketing department to plan and implement marking activities that lead to increased sales
Finance
Work with Finance department to ensure payment terms are met as necessary
Process Improvement
Identify and action change and modifications that will improve our operating model and service we provide our customers
Work internally engaging with all teams to ensure a holistic approach to improvement for Geith
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Experience: 5>7 years
Travel Standard: 10- 24%
Minimum of five years customer service experience
Proven track record in key account management
Marketing experience
Proactive approach to achieving deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Natural team player and capable of inspiring confidence in both customers and colleagues
Proficient in Microsoft Office package, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
