How will you power what’s possible?Location: Carrollton HeadquartersLong DescriptionThe Change Management Specialist, Business Transformation is to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technologies. You will be responsible for spearheading and overseeing the seamless integration of organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition for our team members and maximizing the benefits of transformational initiatives. As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in guiding employees through change, fostering resilience, and creating a positive environment for growth and adaptability.You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by understanding the Southwire culture and honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change.If you are passionate about guiding individuals and teams through organizational change and are eager to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving environment, we invite you to apply for the role of Change Management Specialist and contribute to our organization's successful transformation journey.Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with organizational objectives and facilitate successful transitions. Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with Southwire’s Change Management methodology.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication regarding upcoming changes, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the change process.

Change Impact Assessment: Conduct impact assessments to determine the effects of changes on individuals, teams, and processes, and develop tailored strategies to mitigate potential challenges and resistance.

Change Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies resulting from organizational changes.

Resistance Management: Identify resistance points and develop targeted interventions to address resistance at both individual and group levels, fostering a culture of acceptance and enthusiasm for change.

Performance Metrics and Analysis: Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of change initiatives, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to change management, aligning strategies with business goals and fostering a unified approach to change across the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess change management processes, tools, and methodologies, and propose enhancements to optimize the change management function within the organization.

Act as a Change Management thought leader and subject matter expert; provide information Change Management training and coaching (as needed) while staying up to date on Change Management best practices and emerging trends.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)

5+ years proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles

Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment
