With 130 sales representatives across North America, the Patcraft marketing department supports sales of our flooring via product promotional support, social media engagement, technical papers, and general sales support on events, promotions and presentations. The Brand Experience Specialist will work with the Senior Brand Experience Manager and other brand resources to provide creative input and direction on brand projects, segment support, account manager reques ts and collection launch support. Responsibilities:

Development of marketing materials to include invitations, posters, presentation templates, and other print and multi-media materials .

Develop content and provide basic graphic design direction and support for invitations, email blasts and other marketing materials to support account manager requests.

Support customer insights managers and segment directors in creating content and marketing tools.

Development and execution of email marketing campaigns to support new products, promote solutions and communicate events.

Develop content and design for holiday/event email blasts and social media graphics for seasonal and holiday needs.

Project manage requests from sales team and internal team.

Coordinate with marketing managers and sales teams on the purchase of promotional goods items, maintaining accurate information on inventory and reordering as needed.

Coordinate and manage Patcraft Customer Experiences and in market events, including the planning, implementation, budget analysis, and evaluation, while also offering strategic ideas for enhancements and improvements

Manage accurate dissemination of information to both external and internal groups.

Travel in market 2-4 times per year.

Participate in sales and marketing events as requested.

Position Requirements:

4-year degree - preference marketing or communications and or at least 3 years of relevant experience

Basic graphic design skills preferred including ability to create, modify and edit graphics in InDesign or Photoshop

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Advanced writing and editing abilities.

Excellent problem solver with good attention to detail and ability to think strategically.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and able to implement alternate solutions

Possess good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Must be able to translate technical information into clear communications for a general audience.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with WorkFront or other project management softwares

Experience scheduling and executing group activities and events
