Monitor and respond to problems with computer systems. This includes covering phone and radio calls from production and maintenance. Promptly respond to and resolve issues and requests as they arise. Work with other Analysts and other MES team members to resolve issues. Escalate issues as per MES escalation standardsReconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.Attend some holidays and the summer shutdown period to perform preventative maintenance of computers and MES equipment throughout the plant.Assist customers with installations and modifications regarding MES systems. This includes: computer installation, scanner installation and computer repair. Salary: $60K -$70K/yr. (D.O.E) Visa sponsorship available
