Key Responsibilities:
Product Support & Maintenance:
Provide Level 2/3 support for Trillium software issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of the Trillium platform.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Trillium.
Plan, coordinate, and execute Trillium software upgrades and patches.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure compatibility and minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed documentation of upgrade procedures and configurations.
Support integration of Trillium with other enterprise systems (e.g., ETL tools, data warehouses, MDM platforms).
Configure Trillium components (Director, Discovery, Quality, Control Center) based on business requirements.
Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance policies.
Follow ITIL or similar service management practices for incident, change, and problem management.
