Description Robert Half is hiring for a Help Desk Analyst—the partner is a growing company, and needs someone to support local and field users. You will excel at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment as a Help Desk Analyst. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. Located in Lithia Springs, Georgia.What you get to do every dayIndependently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues
Diagnose recurring technical issues and implement solutions to address the root of the problems
Correspond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups
Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally
Requirements - Comprehension of basic networking concepts
Command of Enterprise Resource Planning
Proficiency in RF scanner
Comprehensive knowledge of Deskside Support
Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment
Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications
Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
