The Creative Producer is responsible for end-to-end production of all HTP visual and audio content, from capturing studio and field footage to final editing and podcast production. In this role, you will maintain high-quality creative standards across all marketing campaigns, donor communications, and events by executing video, audio, and graphic design work that aligns with brand standards.
Key responsibilities of the Creative Producer include but are not limited to:Plan, set up, and shoot high-quality video in studio and on location, managing lighting and sound and troubleshooting any audio and video issues in real timeEdit footage into polished pieces for campaigns, social media, events, and donor communicationsRecord, edit, and produce professional podcast episodes and other audio content, managing audio quality, lighting, and technical troubleshooting so the on air talent can focus solely on contentProduce and adapt graphic design assets for print and digital formats using established templatesSupport occasional website content updates related to creative assets, campaigns, events, and donor communicationsManage the full creative workflow from pre-production through final export and deliveryMaintain the creative software stack, media storage, file naming conventions, and asset libraries for video, audio, photography, and designMaintain visual consistency and quality control across all output, ensuring adherence to brand guidelinesCollaborate with field teams to gather content, and coordinate timelines with project managers and vendorsAssist in the procurement and management of creative resources, including budget tracking for production projects and coordination with external vendors or contractorsWork alongside the Project Manager to communicate production status and timelines to stakeholders
