GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:Promote and support our high-quality Red Wing brand image through professional selling, building loyalty, and long-lasting relationships with our customers. This is achieved by promoting the Red Wing Shoe Company’s Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), selling our premium products, and providing conscientious customer service.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit ExperienceProvide appropriate accessory recommendations and educate customers on the benefits of eachGenerate Industrial Sales LeadsAchieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goalsMaintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standardsMaintain proficiency with product knowledge and technical and operating standards through continuous learningMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulationsRestoring footwear exchanges from the truck visits and store for resaleAssist the Mobile Sales Representative (MSR) on truck runs, fittings, and onsite servicePrepare, load, and unload stock to be placed on mobile units and in a warehouse for the day’s businessAble to perform the job duties with minimal or no oversight.Being available during hours of operation and limited availability before or after regular store hours with notice. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Obtain necessary information by maintaining knowledge of RWSC’s electronic communication softwareMaintain quality service by establishing, following, and enforcing organization quality system standardsUphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core valuesWillingness to perform additional duties as requiredConduct self-accordance with RWSC policiesBuild collaborative relationships between you and key people with whom you’ll work or interact with
