Pay:25-28.50 for Tech 228.50-33.50 for Tech 3Night Shift (additional $1 per hour)$1000 Bonus after 90 days workedShift:M-F 1st and 2nd shift1st shift is 6AM -4:30 PM and 2nd shift is 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM,Job Description:As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment to ensure production processes are reliable and consistent. You have the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences and have good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. You are very detail oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently and within teams.Performs equipment repairs and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.Works with production departments to troubleshoot and repair equipment problems.Supports the maintenance inventory system by looking up and researching parts needed to maintain production equipment and to keep track of all parts used.Performs duties safely and ensures the safety of others by wearing proper protective equipment, following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, and complying with other safety practices and procedures.Assists in special projects and changes to existing lines and in the set-up of new lines.Attends maintenance training courses on site and off site.Supports the production lines on a daily-needs basis.Qualifications:A Two-year Associate Degree in technical related field Work or Apprenticeship equivalent experience.Knowledge of OSHA requirements, mechanical, electrical, and PLC controlled systems is required. Fundamental understanding of mechanical concepts and physical properties of machines and mechanisms.

Industrial manufacturing plant experience.

Knowledge of hand tools and their proper applications.

Computer literate: Email, Search Engines/Data Input capabilities.

Understanding of mechanical transmission systems.

Ability to work with power tools and basic welding skills.

Ability to trouble shoot and repair all types of industrial manufacturing equipment.

Ability to work with minimal supervision to maintain plant production operations.

Ability to use equipment manuals and contact vendors for parts and service information.

Thorough understanding of mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic principles as used in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Thorough understanding of industrial electricity from 480VAC to 24VDC voltages.

Ability to trouble shoot and repair all types of industrial manufacturing equipment.

Comprehensive knowledge of AC/DC Drives and their operation and repair.

Ability to lead and train junior technicians in all electro-mechanical concepts.

Demonstrated leadership ability in troubleshooting techniques in all industrial maintenance manufacturing applications.

Ability to communicate repair and improvement opportunities to Leads and Management to facilitate Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Willing to learn and work any hours and shifts required.
