Represent individual and corporate clients on U.S. immigration matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on U.S. immigration matters, including family-based and employment-based petitions.
Guide paralegals to prepare and file non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions, and to prepare supporting documents with USCIS and other government agencies.
Monitor immigration policy and regulatory changes that could affect clients and provide guidance on compliance.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient and effective representation of clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and potential clients and assist Mandarin-speaking clientele with immigration matters.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Active Bar license in any U.S. State Bar;
Six months of experience in U.S. immigration matters including employment-based petitions and family-based applications; assisting in preparing and filing various types of visas and immigration petitions.
Knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and policies on H1B/H4, H1B1, TN, E3, L1/L2, O1/O3, EB1A, NIW, EB1C, N400, I-539, I-601, AOS, J1 Waiver and EB2/3 petitions.
Knowledge of LCA and PERM processing with the Department of Labor.
