Follow safety protocols and ensure cleanliness of equipment.Operate and troubleshoot high-speed automation systems.Collaborate with team leader for line clearance and 5S.Communicate with production, supervisors, and engineers to maintain quality.Document practices accurately.Read layout drawings and wiring schematics.Install electrical components and conduct diagnostic tests on products.Analyze and resolve root causes for ongoing quality issues as they relate to assembly, mold or molding processes including all other supporting technical processes.Communicate technical status updates to Supervisor Production/Head of Production Unit & Head of Maintenance.Provide production planning processes based on the customer needs, machine assignment, press, and mold availabilities.Build the technical strength of the team through hands on training.
