Support the effective and efficient recruitment process and establish a viable talent pool through applicable internal and external measures.Manage the full cycle recruiting process. Pre-screen candidates and conduct structured interviews (on-site, phone and/or video conference).Provide recommendations to Management and guidance on recruiting strategies.Attend hiring and networking events.Maintain and manage Applicant Tracking Systems; such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, CareerBuilder, etc.Regularly update and maintain staff request file and weekly interview report.
