Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the manufacturing industry for an Inventory Clerk located in Pooler, Georgia. The role involves a variety of tasks related to maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer applications, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities Sustain and manage the inventory system efficiently Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate inventory records Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for inventory management Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service Execute clerical duties related to inventory management Use ADP - Financial Services, Cerner Technologies, and Epic Software for various inventory tasks Create charts and graphs to visualize inventory data Ensure timely processing of customer credit applications Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as necessary. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Skilled in Cerner Technologies Familiarity with Epic Software Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning Knowledge of ERP Solutions Proficient in About Time software Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls Experience in Auditing Ability to create Charts - Graphs Proficient in Clerical Duties Prior experience in a manufacturing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy in work Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
