This position is responsible for coordinating associate activities in the production process and will monitor associates' performance. The Warehouse Team Lead assists the supervisor with setting up daily/weekly work assignments for staff. A minimum of 1 year of warehouse systems or operations knowledge is required.
Assist shift supervisor in day-to-day operations as needed
Communicate effectively with supervisor and client operations
Train new hires in all available departments
Monitor performance & safety for every associate
Assist supervisor and operations in ongoing tasks to service the client on-site
Great tactfulness and attendance are a must
Moderate work with computers and integrated operating systems
Provides information regarding associate performance and concerns to the supervisor for appropriate evaluation and action
People skills are a must
.Position Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. safely and repetitively and lift 71-150 lbs. as a team
Ability to stand and move on your feet throughout the duration of a 10-12-hour shift
Perform general labor and warehouse duties as assigned
Maintain production expectations and goals assigned by the supervisor
Limited OT opportunities will be available
Non-climate-controlled building: Must be able to work in non-temperature climate environments in a warehouse setting
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
