We take career development seriously, and love to train & promote leaders.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketing strategists, to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.As a successful member of our team, your responsibilities include::Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing projects, including websites, print collateral, copywriting, video and marketing strategyAssign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion while efficiently balancing their workloadCoordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverablesDrive the processes that manage workflow and push projects forwardMonitor and track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take necessary action to keep deliverables on trackConduct post-project evaluations to measure the success of our systems and identify areas for improvementOther requirements include:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldAt least two years of experience in a marketing agencyA proven track record of successful project managementExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsProficient in project management software and toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA strong problem solver, focused on results and quality controlWe are looking for strong leaders who can hold themselves and others accountable.The ideal candidate will possess these traits:Leadership: The Project Manager must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward a common goal, ensuring the successful completion of projects.Communication: Effective communication is crucial in project management, and the Project Manager must be able to clearly convey project updates, expectations, and objectives to all stakeholders.
