Find your future with us.Information & Knowledge Services is currently looking for an experienced Customer Training Specialist to join us, virtually, working for our team in Oklahoma City, OK . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Digital Solutions & Analytics portfolio of products and services by facilitating training programs for internal users to analyze data and use our suite of software and data production tools.This is a virtual position. The selected candidate will be required to travel to sites for training.Position Responsibilities:
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.
Oversees activities in the development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training.
Utilizes established processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing ground support systems media and materials.
Gathers data to support, and complete proposal development activities.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) or Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platforms.
1+ years of experience with Customer Training.
Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience developing and delivering training material.
3+ years of experience with Ground Support, Training System or mission computing systems
