Job responsibilities:
Generate leads through inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
Follow up with leads and quotes to prospects into customers.
Educate customers on our pest control services, pr9oducts, and pricing.
Engage with potential customers to create tailored solutions.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of our pest control services, including pest identification, treatment options, and industry regulations.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns and promotions.
Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Schedule appointments for our field technicians and provide customers with accurate service information.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
Assist in optimizing and planning routes for service technicians to maximize efficiency.Requirements:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferable in the pest control or related industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with good communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help customers solve their pest control problems.
Knowledge of common pests and pest control methods is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred, but not required.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
