In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.What qualifications you will need:
Registered Nurse licensed to practice nursing in the state of Georgia OR license in compact state with authorization to work in the state of Georgia
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Associate Degree in Nursing Required
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
1 year applicable experience Required
