Looking for a part time housekeeper/house manager.
About Us
I am a working professional female with a grown mildly autistic son who would likely be in the home at least some of the time while you are there although he does work part time. He is functional and verbal and does not need any assistance with his personal needs so that is not part of the duties. He does need some help with organization and keeping his space tidy. He is sweet and cooperative and and does not have any aggression or behavior problems.
Duties and Requirements
Primary duties would include household cleaning and organization.
Secondary duties could include errands, driving my son to activities or appointments, some meal prep, and/or cooking.
Driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Background check and fingerprinting are required - at my expense
References are required.
Schedule and Compensation
20 – 25 hours per week, weekdays only, flexible hours within reason
$20-$22/hour with room to go higher based on experience
Other Notes
This job does not lend itself to traditional maid services. I am looking for one trusted individual.
This is a 1099 job so please do not apply if you need to be paid “under the table”.
There are 3 indoor cats in the home, so if you have pet allergies this won’t be for you.
