Turn-Key Residential Maintenance / Painting / Cleaning for Military Family Housing:

THIS IS NOT A TRAINED POSITION: YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START & FINISH WORK INDEPENDENTLY

- Must be able to access Ft. Stewart and / or Hunter AAF military base(s).
-PAINTERS / MAINTENANCE TECHS - Must have your own tools.
Paint & maintenance supplies are provided unless otherwise discussed / agreed upon prior to completing jobs such as Change Orders.
- CLEANERS - Must provide your own cleaning products.
Exception: Stripping solution is provided for homes with flooring that require strip (as needed basis).
-> Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
- WORK WEEK RUNS:
MON - FRI
(Some weekends to meet inspection deadlines, but not mandatory)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintenance & Painting performed on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".

Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement.
