Turn-Key Residential Maintenance & Painting for Military Family Housing:
- MUST BE EXPERIENCED in residential maintenance & painting work.

- YOU MUST BE ABLE TO START & FINISH WORK INDEPENDENTLY
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
- Must be able to access Ft. Stewart military base.
-> Must have own tools.
-> Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
- WORK WEEK RUNS:
MON - FRI
(Some weekends to meet inspection deadlines, but not mandatory)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintenance & Painting performed on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, & 4 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- PAY is based on "Per job basis".

PAINTING PRICE PER UNIT:
2BR / $300
3BR / $400
4BR / $500
Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement.
