Turn-Key Residential Painting & Maintenance for Military Family Housing:
-> 3+ Years experience in residential painting and / or maintenance work.
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
-> Must be able to access Ft. Stewart military base.
-> Must have own tools / equipment.
-> Must have reliable transportation.
Work volume for all painters is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady workflow permits.
PUNCHES WILL BE HANDLED IN-HOUSE By CMFD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BEFORE STARTING JOB.
PAINTING & MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Interior repaints on military residential housing.
- Maintenance performed on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided for PAINTING & MAINTENANCE in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.

- SET PRICING on Per job basis.

5BR / $550
ALL SMALL-ITEM PUNCHES DONE IN-HOUSE BY CMFD AT THIS TIME.
MAINTENANCE:
2BR / $200
3BR / $225
4BR / $250
5BR / $275
ALL SMALL-ITEM PUNCHES DONE IN-HOUSE BY CMFD AT THIS TIME.
Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement - anything outside the Scope will be agreed upon based on current set Change Order Pricing.
