Turn-Key Residential Painting for Military Family Housing:
-> 3+ Years experience in residential painting.
-> 10-99 Subcontractor
-> Must be able to access Ft. Stewart military base.
-> GL & WC proof of active insurance coverage (GA state minimum requirements). Can assist in obtaining insurance if needed.
-> Must have own tools / equipment.
-> Must have reliable transportation.
-> JOB / PAY is best suited for 1-2 person teams.
Work volume for all painters is determined by quality of workmanship & speed of completion as steady work flow permits.
PREP & SMALL PUNCHES WILL BE HANDLED IN-HOUSE By CMFD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTIFIED BEFORE STARTING JOB.

- Interior repaints on military residential housing.
- Full Scope of Work provided in Service Agreement.
- 2, 3, 4, & 5 bedrooms (single & 2-story)
- Completed work must pass inspection based on the Scope of Work.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- SET PRICING on Per job basis.

4BR / $400
5BR / $450
Pricing covers everything listed in the Scope of Work provided in the Service Agreement - anything outside the Scope will be agreed upon based on current set Change Order Pricing.
