### Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count materials in a safe and efficient manner. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and that materials are handled carefully and precisely.

### Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility or to/from delivery vehicles.
- Inspect and maintain forklifts and equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Safely and accurately stack, store, and organize materials in designated areas.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with inventory management, including cycle counts.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or work area.
- Assist in other warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, and shipping, as needed.

### Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification/license (or ability to obtain certification).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs]).
- Basic math and inventory management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
