The primary function of this role is to provide Personal Care Assistance - or Certified Nursing Assistance services to the individual in their home. These tasks include: Assisting with household chores ( cleaning, changing linens, trash disposal)Assisting with bathing and hygieneAssisting with toiletingAssisting with transfers, walking, exercise, or ambulation, when neededAssisting with activities of daily living( personal grooming, and dressing)Assisting with grocery shoppingMeal and snack preparationsAssistance with reminders and monitoring medicationAssist with scheduling appointmentsAssist with transporting to appointmentsOvernight support
