Label packages and ensure documentation accompanies shipmentsAccurately pick, pack, and prepare items for customer orders and shipments for all Evolution entitieAssist in verifying orders for accuracy before dispatchMaintain accurate inventory counts and perform regular cycle countsPlace reorders of stock of all items whenever the stock level approaches minimum limit fixed in respect thereofStop reorders or further purchases when the stock level approaches maximum limitReserve materials and items for a specific job when it is required soReport discrepancies or damaged items to the warehouse supervisorOrganize stock within the warehouse for efficient access and storageReceive incoming goods, inspect for damage, and verify quantitiesUnload and load trucks, ensuring goods are handled with careRecord shipments in the inventory management systemOperate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink-wrapping machinesConduct routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operationFollow safety guidelines when operating machineryKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazardsArrange products and materials in a safe, accessible mannerDispose of waste materials and packaging according to company protocolAdhere to all warehouse safety and security policies and procedureUse personal protective equipment (PPE) as requiredParticipate in safety training and assist in identifying potential riskMaintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and receiptPrepare and submit routine reports on inventory and shipment statusesCommunicate with the warehouse team and supervisors about stock levels, order status, and any issues encounteredPerform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position or to warehouse operationsReplace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences.
