Summary: The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in the financial planning and analysis function of the organization. This position is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis efforts to support strategic decision-making and enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. This position reports directly to the Division Controller.Essential Duties:Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budgeting process, coordinating inputs from various departments.Develop and maintain financial rolling forecasts and models to support business planning.Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and trends.Financial AnalysisConduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, including ROI assessments and profitability analysis. Analyze operational performance and provide actionable insights to management.Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.Maintenance of Domo and Dashboard creationsLender reporting & requestsVariance analysisForecasting analysis and management of the process for the Sales TeamData consolidation, as requested by the Sales Leadership TeamWork within the ERP System (Today Microsoft NAV) to serve as the sales team expert while providing relevant reporting, analysis, and insight to the Sales Leadership TeamCreate ad-hoc Excel reports as directed by the Sales Leadership Team or other team members.Strategic PlanningCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term financial strategies.Innovation financial analysis (CBI)   Quad & Quartile/FTB financial partner   Pricing strategy analysis and evolutionAssist in the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.Team LeadershipMentor and develop FP&A team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.Collaborate with finance/accounting colleagues to ensure alignment of financial objectives across the organization.Additional:Identify opportunities for process improvements within the FP&A function.Implement best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Other Ad Hoc projects/needs
