My Northern Atlanta client is in need of a Controls Engineering Manager to join their team. You will complete the definition of complex projects, assign teams and monitor results while performing technical support to marketing, sales, and/or other departments. Ability to assess and carry out completion of projects and performs project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control. You will establish and prepare technical standards, complex technology design theory and procedures. You will support and develop departmental budgets, and business plans for projects. Analyze technology, resource needs and project time-lines, to plan and ensure the success of all projects.
Skills for this position should include:
Bach. Degree is required.
7+ years in a managerial role.
Ability to lead a team of up to 15 engineers.
10+ years of Controls Engineering
Ability to travel both Domestic and international (approx 20%).
