In this individual contributor role, you are a subject matter expert in Data. Specifically, you love working with sales and marketing data; compiling information from a variety of sources, and analyzing trends and opportunities to help senior leadership make well-informed business decisions. As Marketing Data Analytics Manager, you will:
Aggregate data from difference sources and produce analyses to inform strategic planning efforts throughout the organization (market/competitor assessments, identification of opportunities, market/user projections, demographics, market share, market opportunities, and new product development planning).
Extract reports from the marketing, PIM and sales data systems, and analyze for strategic insights.
Conduct secondary research and analysis of new product opportunities by examining trends within the market/industry, materials and end-user insights.
Field strategic questions from cross-functional departments and translate them into actionable data requests and written findings.
Communicate fact-based analyses, recommendations and advice to senior level leadership.
Create executive-level presentations using data visualization techniques.
This role requires prior experience in analyzing data that drives go-forward corporate and marketing strategies to advance and grow the business (5-8 years of experience). You can’t be shy about working with, and advising, senior level executives and you’ll likely have a BS degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, or Business Management.
