Job Description



RTS Inspector is responsible for validating process adherence on both the component and subsequent paperwork to the work instructions, blueprints, and all customer requirements.



  • Performs tasks such as dimensional inspection, visual inspection, C of C generation, incoming inspection, repair work scope generation, generating return to service tags and associated regulatory paperwork in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and customer specifications.
  • May perform tasks such as CMM operation and met lab / calibration / tank testing in accordance with work instructions, blueprints, and customer specifications.
  • Performs all work in accordance with plant safety rules and maintains highest quality standards in the execution of all assigned work.
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance on all machines and other routine labor work as required in accordance with production flow.
  • Operator prepares necessary quality documents and confirms quality of own work using inspection tools in accordance with product specifications, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Operator to adhere to all 5s / CPEX policies and to have a continuous improvement mindset.




  • Must have HS Diploma or GED. Strong shop mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals and fractions required.
  • On the job experience of 3-5 years as inspector in manufacturing environment.
  • On the job experience of 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
  • Must have FAA repairman certification
  • Must be able to follow instructions, read and interpret blue prints.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.





: This position will require the employee to wear the following specific PPE that will be provided by the company: Steel toes shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses
