Manage and support daily SAP ECC ERP Basis operations for MAL/MGA (same client), MMX, and MUA (small entity).Ensure proper internal controls across these entities, including CTS (Change and Transport System), batch job monitoring, and audit trail management.Oversee infrastructure management and system performance to ensure stable and secure SAP operations.Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders for issue resolution, system changes, and upgrades.
