Ground Transport, Inc. is a local School Bus Transportation Company that has been operating in Hawaii for over 30 years. We are searching for an Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for assisting our Accountant with various duties out of our Oahu – Kapolei Offices. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Job Description:
Experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team. The primary Jobs Duties included but are not limited to:
. Processing of Accounts payables
. Verifying, allocating and coding transactions
. Prepare and process documents and files
. Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (BA) or related filed from accredited college
- Two years of financial accounting experience in A/P
- Knowledge / Experience Microsoft Office and Desk, must have Quickbooks experience
- Efficient and well organize – Team Player
- Able to work independently with an honest mindset
- Strong work ethics and emphasis on attention to details
- Ability to multi-task
