Assistant to the Management Team (AMT)
This position is designed to support the management executive team member to process, track, and troubleshoot most all accounting matters for client properties. Position requires completion of multiple tasks daily while working within standard operating procedures of the HMC accounting and management departments. Position requires full-time work from office.
All tasks are to be completed with the authorization of the management executive. AMT is responsible for regularly communicating with the M.E. regarding all matters related to the following tasks. Managers are responsible for reviewing and training the AMT to ensure all financial reports are completed in accordance with the Board's policies. AMT shall communicate any issues or concerns related to payments, receipts, or transfers to the M.E. immediately.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
