Tasks included, but not limited to:
Full charge bookkeeping through financial statements
Payroll/Light Human Resources maintenance via third party administrator
Office equipment/Supplies maintenance
Inventory maintenance
Tenant account maintenance
Required qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in accounting, document, spreadsheet, presentation, and communication programs
Excellent time management skills
