Active recruitment fill 2 fulltime Assistant Site Manager / Handyperson positions and 1 Maintenance Personnel positions.
1) Assistant Site Mgr. position: tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of grounds, buildings, and parking. Electrical and plumbing checks, with minor repairs of such, servicing of grills, and very light janitorial duties. Site management duties as assigned. strong communication and managing abilities required. Daily logs and reports. Computer skills a must. Training period is provided. Pay commensurate with experience. Must be available all days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pool Operator Certification a plus (will be enrolled in training course if selected for position)
2) Maintenance personnel: tasks include, but not limited to, the patrol of grounds, buildings, and parking. Electrical and plumbing checks, with minor repairs of such, servicing of grills, and very light janitorial duties. Pool Maintenance. Tasks as assigned. Pool Operator Cert a plus (but will be enrolled into training course if elected)
