Overview:
The Community Association Site Manager is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of community associations in all capacities, such as light maintenance, Janitorial, Minor Landscaping and compliance while emphasizing and delivering superior customer service. Should be able to attend board meetings in the evening have computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Document.
1. The ability to multitask, organize, meet and oversee vendor and contractors scope of work.
2. Maintain projects is part of the essential functions of the position.
3. Prepare monthly site manager reports.
4. Perform on-site covenants (House Rules) inspections, including follow-up inspections to ensure violations are corrected.
5. Document incidents and emergencies with photos and incident reports.
6. Respond to and address owner and tenant questions, compaliants, and concerns.
7. Must be available after hours in case of any emergency.
Qualifications:
Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have State of Hawaii Drivers License and in Good Standing. High School Graduate or Higher.
