We are seeking a Licensed General Building Contractor (Class B) in Hawaiʻi to serve as the Responsible Managing Employee (RME) for our growing construction management firm, Pinnacle Arts & Design.

We specialize in commercial, hospitality, and government projects, with an established history in framing, fine woodworking, and specialty contracting. We are expanding into full-service general contracting and are seeking a qualified partner to help us grow.
What We Offer:
Monthly retainer of $1,000+ for RME oversight
Bonus incentives per project (1–2% of contract value)
Opportunity for equity participation for long-term partnership
Minimal day-to-day labor – focus is on compliance, consulting, and occasional site visits
Your Role:
Serve as the qualifying RME on our Class B GC license
Ensure compliance with Hawaiʻi Contractors License Board requirements
Provide consulting on building code, permitting, and construction oversight
Optional: advise on estimating, project management, and subcontractor selection
Requirements:
Valid Hawaiʻi Class B General Building Contractor license
Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in construction
Strong knowledge of Hawaiʻi building codes and compliance
