Admin Assistant for Boat Tour Company

Living Ocean is hiring a part time admin assistant to work 2 - 3 days a week which is about 16 to 24 hours a week.

The pay is $20 an hour. If you work over 20 hours a week this position does come with full benefits.

Responsibilities include answering phones and emails for a busy Boat Tour Company running out of Waikiki. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to work independently. This position is mostly a work from home position but you do have to have a reliable vehicle and be able to run errands as needed on the days that you are working.

There is also an opportunity for this position to get more hours or become full time by also working as a snorkel guide on one of our boats. This is not required but you will need to be comfortable on boats and be able to go out on our boats to learn about our tours even if you do not want to be a snorkel guide. A love of the ocean and ability/confidence in the ocean is very helpful for this position, please let us know your ocean hobbies and why you are passionate about the water.

We are only looking for happy people who are excited about working in a beautiful environment and sharing their happiness and enthusiasm with our guests. You must be able to work the tourism schedule which includes working summer, holidays and weekends. We are closed on Christmas Day and New Years Day but you must be available to work the rest of summer and December and January.
