Honolulu sailing catamaran is looking for a dedicated and highly motivated individual to manage ticket booth sale and reservations. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service orientation, with a preference for experience in the tourism industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, along with excellent multitasking abilities. Reliable transportation is essential, and availability to work weekends is a must. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls and answer incoming calls to promote and sell reservation services
Address customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional customer service
Communicate effectively in English and maintain professional phone etiquette
Analyze customer needs to recommend suitable reservation options
Upsell additional services to enhance customer experiences
Collaborate closely with the Manager to ensure guest satisfaction and revenue optimization
Requirements:
Preferred experience in outbound calling or sales
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills for customer interactions
Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable recommendations
