Customer Service Manager (Pearl City)

I am a military spouse who recently PCSed to the island. I have been working with a nationally known insurance company for several years. Currently Im looking to hire two representatives in the area, preferably other military spouses or soldiers who are transitioning back to civilian life. I would like to work with the military community because I understand it can be difficult to secure work when you move often and the importance of flexible hours due to military life demands. Military community member or not, everyone is welcome to apply.

Representatives primary responsibilities will include:

Setting appointments with new and existing clients

Explaining benefits clients may be qualified for

Filling out client applications

Following up with clients as needed

Hours are generally afternoons, evenings and weekends as that is when clients are most available. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and are responsible for providing reliable transportation.

Experience is not required, but representatives who have backgrounds in customer service, waitstaff, bartenders or retail associates tend to be successful in this field. Most importantly, these representatives will have a friendly disposition, be ready and willing to take direction, comfortable interacting with the public and able to learn on the job.
