We are seeking a Property Inspector.

+ Proficient in MS Word and Excel (type 40+wpm)
+ Excellent vision, hearing and able to lift 30 lbs

Duties:
Inpect rental properties and evaluate tenants
General office duties
MUST HAVE AUTOMOBILE
SALARY: $60K all inclusive and includes auto expense
BENEFIT PACKAGE: Fully paid HMSA medical and dental plan, sick leave, vacation, office parking, 401K.
HOURS: M-F, 8am to 5:00pm; off on weekends and bank holidays.
