SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Focus, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Building Relationships, People Skills, Interpersonal Savvy, Problem Solving, Multi-tasking.
Prior guests service or sales experience preferred
Candidates must have outstanding customer service and the ability to embrace and share the Aloha Spirit
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and security background check
Excellent listener and great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and effective approach to high stress situations
Must possess basic computer skills with the ability to easily grasp the functionality and concepts of company software.
