Seeking RBT candidates.
Maui Autism Center is seeking after-school RBTs. Ideal candidate will be able to lift 60 pounds, have an interest in working with children with autism. The ideal candidates will work in collaboration as part of a team with other team professionals, ensuring the successful implementation of individualized program objectives. Supervision and Training is provided. Candidate should possess a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will:
Provide one-on-one services to individuals with autism.
Support individuals with autism reach their fullest potential.
Services are provided in either a center setting and/or community-based setting.
Qualifications:
Qualifications for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a high school diploma
Minimum one year of experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
Minimum one year of verifiable work experience preferably in the Behavioral field
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
work well in a team center environment
